Ep. 7 | What to expect in sophomore year
What should your child expect in their sophomore year? Apart from increased expectations, accountability, and maturity, they should also be prepared to be ignored. Sophomore year is known as the “ghost year” because no one pays much attention to them. They are not coddled like freshmen or pitied like juniors. They are in-between the two classes that get all the attention. In this episode, I urge your child to not fall prey to this gray zone. Sophomore year is their “setup” year that lays the foundation for the rest of their high school career. [Based on ServeWell Academy’s online course: Week 11 of Sophomore Year.]
